Raozan Upazila

Raozan Upazila is an Upazila under Chittagong District in the Division of Chittagong, Bangladesh. It is located at 22.5333° North and 91.9333° East. It is bounded by Fatikchhari on the north, Boalkhali and Karnafuli on the south, Rangunia and Kawkhali on the east, Hathazari and Fatikchhari on the west. Experts believes that “Raozan” was named after Arakan word “Rozowang (রজোওয়াং)” which means royal families’ land. Information on Raozan as follows:
